Mac Donald Consultancy has operated as a boutique business & educational consulting company since 1995. We help small and medium-sized businesses. And, assist local government departments, educational organizations, housing & restoration companies, health-care & non-profit organizations.
Frequently asked question is: How can we build integrated knowledge and connections in our organization to overcome our pain points? Mistakes are made during client quests, as you can imagine. However, clients efforts never fail when they legitimately grow and learn from their mistakes. In the end, by putting themselves out in the open, clients gain an understanding of what works and what does not, which only creates more opportunities to learn and innovate passionately. Background
Floyd Mac Donald graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam with his Bachelor of Physical Education. Furthermore, He earned a Masters of Science in Education from the University of Amsterdam. He graduated with his Master of Business Administration from the Hult Ashridge International Business School in the United Kingdom.
Floyd has personally handled many high-profile projects. A lot of them are as an executive coach or both as a project manager and change management consultant. We assisted over 100 clients in various assignments and positions.
