Floyd is the Founder & Principal of Mac Donald Consultancy and has personally handled many high-profile projects. A lot of them are as an executive coach or both as a project manager and change management consultant. Floyd graduated from the University of Applied Science in Amsterdam with his Bachelor of Physical Education. Furthermore, he completed his studies from the University of Amsterdam with his Master of Science in Education. He graduated with his Master of Business Administration from the Hult Ashridge International Business School in the United Kingdom.

Terms, Conditions & Cancellation policy

Applicable taxes (GST) are not included in the fees. Conferences, workshops, online executive session, and events fees are to be paid in full at least 5 business days prior to the conference, workshop, online executive session, or event. Cancellations must be put in writing via e-mail. We assign a tracking number for each request received.

Registrations cancelled 5 or more business days prior to the start date are refundable, minus a CAD 50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 5 business days prior to the conference, workshop, online executive session or event date are non-refundable. Cancellations after cut-off date will receive a credit note for a future conference, workshop, online executive session or event.

Mac Donald Consultancy reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the programme, agenda, speakers, dates and venue location and can also cancel conferences, workshops, online executive sessions, and events if enrolment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each participant if the conference, workshop, online executive session or event is cancelled.

If a conference, workshop, online executive session or event is not held for any reason. Mac Donald Consultancy's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. Mac Donald Consultancy is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, postponement, alteration or cancellation of the conference, workshop, online executive session or event due to causes beyond its control including, without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes or hostilities, and accident. Please make travel arrangements with this in mind.
