Workshop Leadership, Team Building & Change Management
Join our one-day workshop at The Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront, Vancouver. Our workshop is an interactive and personalized experience that focuses on the paradox of leadership, adaptable mindsets, teamwork & team building and change management. This is in a highly dynamic business environment amidst emerging technologies.
The workshop addresses the resistance spectrum that many organizations face when it comes to embracing change. By learning to recognize and cope with different transition stages and conflict-handling strategies, participants acquire different approaches to dealing with those changes. Participants will learn when to use the holistic and dynamic integrative leadership and management framework and how to apply them to drive organizational culture transformation and change management.
The goal is to provide you with an exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth by embracing the paradox of leadership & management. While other programs focus on leadership or management, we will introduce you to a more holistic strategy of leading and managing from an integrative approach and perspective. This transcends traditional boundaries and outdated perspectives.
